The music education program at Chowan University is truly phenomenal. The small class size and individual attention made my experience more personal. The coursework challenged me to become a better musician, not only on my own instrument, but in every aspect of the music program. My professors gave me the confidence I needed to exceed expectations and excel in performance as well as content knowledge. The inspiring ambiance of the music department prepared me to be the music educator I am today.
