Hawks Haven
As a supporter of Chowan Athletics, you have a lot to be proud of: a College that became a University; an athletics program that has begun its journey into NCAA Division II status; a new logo and mascot that maintain links to the past; and leadership that understands and promotes how great Chowan can be.
Such change has also affected the Braves Club. It has become Hawks Haven. Why "haven," you ask? One Internet dictionary defines "haven" as a place of security. Certainly a sense of security is exactly what is needed in a fast changing world. Your contribution to Hawks Haven sends a clear message that you want current and future student-athletes to feel safe and good about their future. Specifically, your gift allows Chowan Athletics to provide better student-athlete services and additional scholarships. Better services and additional scholarships secure the future of Chowan Athletics and make possible a positive experience for current student-athletes. These positive experiences shared at Chowan, allow student-athlete alumni to begin their own cycle of giving. The circle is then complete.
