The mission of the Department of Public Safety is to enhance the quality of life on campus by working cooperatively with the public within the framework of the constitution to enforce the laws, preserve the peace, reduce fear, and provide for a safe environment.  By completing this survey, you are helping us to improve our service to the community.

Dispatchers: Answer telephones University-wide in the Public Safety Central Communications Center. Police Officers: Armed officer. Security Officers: Wear light blue shirts, dark blue pants and are not armed. Other contacts: Managers, supervisors and administrative personnel.
